Who we are

Daybreak Brews ("we," "us," "our") makes a canned masala chai latte and operates daybreakbrews.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or join our list, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us directly through a form on this site:

"Reserve" a flavor	Email address, and — once pre-order deposits are live — payment information (see "Payments" below)
"Find us" page	Email, a store/cafe name or city you'd like us to carry the product, and general location

We don't buy contact lists, use hidden tracking pixels, or collect information about you from anywhere other than the forms above.

Payments

If you place a pre-order deposit, your payment is processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that, and shares with us only what we need to confirm your order (name, email, amount, and a payment confirmation).

How we use it

• To send you updates about Daybreak Brews — launch timing, new flavors, and offers — by email.
• To personalize what we send based on your quiz answers (for example, decaf-focused content if you matched with Dreamer's Brew).
• To call you, but only if you've told us it's okay.
• To understand where people want to find us, which directly shapes where we launch first.
• To process and fulfill pre-order deposits.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our mailing list. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

n8n	Automated plumbing that moves your info between Supabase and Klaviyo — doesn't retain it independently

Google (Maps/Places)	Powers the location search on our "Find us" page — your search query is sent to Google when you use it
Google Fonts	Loads the typefaces on this site from Google's servers

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime — every email we send has a working opt-out link, and we process opt-outs promptly.
• Ask us to delete your info — email support@daybreakbrews.com and we'll remove your data from our systems.
• Tell us not to call — we only call people who've opted in, and you can withdraw that anytime.

Children's privacy

Daybreak Brews isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you're on our list or have an open pre-order, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let our list know by email.
