Agreeing to these terms
By using daybreakbrews.com — joining our list, taking the quiz, suggesting a store, or placing a pre-order deposit — you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use this site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to place a pre-order deposit or otherwise enter into an agreement with us.
The waitlist and quiz
Joining our list or taking the "Find your brew" quiz doesn't create any purchase obligation — it's just how we get to know your preferences and keep you posted.
Pre-order deposits
What it is: a $13 deposit reserves your spot for our first production run, at full price — there's no discount. The remaining balance is charged when your order ships.
Founding-batch perk: the first 5 deposits also get free shipping on their first order. After that, standard shipping (calculated at fulfillment, once we know the real cost) is added to your remaining balance.
Expected shipment: we're targeting on or around September 30, 2026. This is our honest best estimate for a first small-batch run, not a guarantee — Daybreak Brews is a very early-stage brand, and we're telling you that plainly rather than pretending otherwise.
If the date moves: if we can't hit that window, we'll email you with an updated date. You can always cancel and get a full refund of your deposit at any time before your order ships — no questions asked.
How to cancel: email support@daybreakbrews.com and we'll refund your deposit in full.

Store suggestions
Submitting a store or city on our "Find us" page helps us decide where to launch first — it isn't a promise that we'll carry the product there, and it doesn't create any obligation on either side.
About the product
Daybreak Brews is a canned masala chai latte — a food and beverage product, not a supplement or medical product. We don't make health claims about treating, curing, or preventing any condition. Ingredients, recipes, and packaging may change before launch as we finalize the product.
Our content
The Daybreak Brews name, logo, and the words, images, and design on this site are ours (or used with permission) and may not be copied or reused without asking us first.
No guarantees
We're a small, pre-launch operation. We do our best to keep this site accurate and to hit the dates we share, but we can't promise the site is error-free or that timelines won't shift. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount of any deposit you've paid us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top and let our list know for anything that affects an existing pre-order.
